Will my dog fit?

JOEY is made for dogs up to 15 lb / 7 kg. That covers most Yorkies, Chihuahuas, Maltese, Pomeranians, Shih Tzus and toy poodles — and cats of the same size. Above that weight the pouch won't hold your dog properly, so this isn't the one for you. We'd rather tell you now than take your money.

Which size do I take?

JOEY is cut oversized on purpose — the pouch needs room and so does your dog. Take your usual size for the relaxed fit you see in the photos. Size up if you like to layer underneath, or if you're between sizes.

How does the pouch work?

The pouch runs diagonally across the chest and opens along the top edge. You lower your dog in, the fleece takes the weight, and their head and front paws stay above the edge.

Keep a hand under the pouch on stairs and in crowds, and don't leave your dog in it unattended. JOEY is a hoodie with a pouch, not a safety harness.

What is it made of?

Plush teddy fleece, the same on the outside and inside the pouch — so your dog sits against the same soft surface you're wearing.

Which colors are there?

Seven: khaki, blush, heather gray, sky blue, cream, black and olive. Sizes S through 2XL in every color.

How long does shipping take?

You'll get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. Delivery time depends on where you are — the tracking link will always show the current estimate.

What if it doesn't fit?

Write to us within 30 days and we'll sort it out.
