WHERE WE SHIP
We ship across the United States.
PROCESSING
Orders are prepared in 2–4 days. Orders placed on weekends or US
public holidays start processing the next business day.
TRACKING
You get a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships. The tracking
link always shows the current delivery estimate, and that estimate is more
accurate than any fixed number we could print here.
DELIVERY TIME
Delivery takes 6–12 days after your order ships, so most orders arrive 8–16 days after you place them. Your tracking link always shows the current estimate.
SHIPPING COST
Shipping is calculated at checkout, before you pay. What you see there is what
you pay.
IF YOUR PARCEL IS LATE OR LOST
If tracking hasn't moved for 10 business days, message us. We'll open a case
with the carrier, and if the parcel is confirmed lost we'll send a replacement
or refund you in full.
WRONG OR INCOMPLETE ADDRESS
Please check your address at checkout. If a parcel comes back to us because
the address was wrong or nobody could take delivery, we refund the item price
minus the shipping already paid.
CUSTOMS AND DUTIES
Orders within the United States carry no customs charges.
