Welcome to JOEY. By browsing this store or placing an order you agree to the
terms below. Please read them.
WHO CAN ORDER
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or
guardian, to place an order.
PRODUCTS AND PRICES
We try to show every product as accurately as we can. Colours can look
different from screen to screen, and that difference is not a fault.
Prices are in US dollars and include no taxes unless stated at checkout. We
can change prices at any time, but never after you've paid — your order is
charged at the price shown when you placed it.
ORDERS AND PAYMENT
An order is confirmed once payment is taken and you receive a confirmation
email. We may refuse or cancel an order — for example if an item is
unavailable, if we spot an error in the price, or if we suspect fraud. If we
cancel an order you've paid for, we refund it in full.
USING JOEY WITH YOUR PET — PLEASE READ
JOEY is a hoodie with a pouch. It is clothing, not a safety device.
- It is made for dogs and cats up to 15 lb / 7 kg. Above that weight the
pouch will not hold your pet properly.
- It is not a restraint, a harness, or a carrier approved for travel. Do not
use it in place of a seat belt, a crate, or an airline-approved carrier.
- Never leave your pet unattended in the pouch, and keep a hand under the
pouch on stairs and in crowds.
- Stop using it if your pet seems distressed, or if the garment is torn or
worn through.
You are responsible for your pet's safety and comfort while using this
product.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Everything on this store — text, photographs, video and the JOEY name — is
ours or used with permission. Please don't copy it for commercial use.
ACCEPTABLE USE
Don't use this store to break the law, to send anyone malicious code, or to
collect other people's personal information.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent allowed by law, our liability for any claim connected
with a product or this store is limited to the amount you paid for that
order. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
GOVERNING LAW
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States.
