Leopard Reveal Puffer FAQ
What makes the pattern appear?
Water. The fabric carries a tonal leopard print that stays low-contrast while it is dry; where it gets wet, those areas darken and the pattern reads sharply. It needs nothing else — no heat, no light, no switch.
Does it work in the rain, or only if I soak it?
Rain is enough. So is wet snow, spray off a passing car, or running a wet hand across the sleeve. The more of the jacket gets wet, the more of the pattern you see.
How long does the pattern stay up?
As long as the fabric is wet in that spot. We are not going to give you a number in minutes, because it depends on how wet it got and how warm and windy it is where you are.
Is it waterproof?
We do not claim a waterproof rating, because we have not tested one. It is a glossy shell and water beads on it rather than soaking straight in, which is what makes the effect work — but treat it as a winter jacket, not as rain gear for a downpour.
How warm is it?
It is a proper puffer with a hood: good for cold, dry days and for rain around freezing.
How do I wash it?
Cold, gentle, zipped up, nothing hot and no tumble dryer. Washing does not use the effect up — the print is in the fabric, not on top of it.
What size should I take?
It is cut oversized. Take your usual size for the intended fit, or one down if you want it closer to the body. Sizes run S to 2XL.
What colours are there?
Four: Black, Grey, Brown and Burgundy. The print reads differently on all four — loudest on Grey, quietest on Black, where it turns into a wet-ink shine.
How long does delivery take?
We ship within 2–4 business days, and delivery to the US takes 6–12 days after that. You get a tracking number the moment it leaves.
